Two Vendors Seriously Injured in Knife Attack at Cheapside Fish Market

Two vendors have sustained serious injuries following a violent knife attack at the Cheapside Fish Market this morning.

Starcom Network News understands that the altercation involved two vendors and a third individual who attempted to intervene. That individual was also injured, though his wound has been classified as minor. He was reportedly throwing bottles at one of the attackers in an effort to defuse the situation.

Several police units responded swiftly to the scene, and the injured vendors were rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for medical attention.

Investigations are ongoing.
