Egi Women Barbados and Sagicor unite for blood collection

Women’s empowerment brand, Egi has collaborated with Sagicor, Sagicor Bank, and the National Blood Collection Centre to encourage more Barbadians to donate blood.

This initiative is part of greater efforts to ensure that people understand the importance giving blood as the country will join the rest of the world in recognizing World Blood Donor day on June 14.

Speaking at the collection centre this morning, Founder of Egi Women, Gina Cummins spoke to the significance of the initiative.
