Shooting in Merricks, St. Philip

At least two persons, a man a woman are nursing gunshot injuries following a shooting in Merricks, St. Philip this afternoon.

Starcom Network News understands that gunmen opened fire just a stone’s throw from Bailey’s Primary School, striking the male and female victims.

Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Police are still on the scene, and the area has been cordoned off.
