CIBC supports Family Programme

Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey has again set the record straight regarding funds coming into the One Family Program.

Speaking ahead of another eight-thousand-dollar donation by the CIBC Bank, Humphrey said it was important to note that every dollar was being accounted for and can be traced directly to families under the initiative.

Humphrey made the remarks from the Ministry’s Warrens offices, where the donation was presented by CIBC’s Head of Barbados Operations, Kemar Polius.

Humphrey also outlined that the main philosophy of the program was ensuring persons were able to find firstly training and secondly, meaningful employment.
