A man has been remanded to Dodds Prison, charged with the murder of Amani Lorde, who was fatally stabbed at Holetown, St. James, on Friday, April 4th.
He is a 35-year-old Rico Ricardo Boyce of Tamarind Lane, Eagle Hall, St. Michael.
Boyce appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke in the Holetown Magistrates Court today, where he was not required to plead to the indictable offence.
Boyce who is represented by attorney at law Angela Mitchell-Gittens, will reappear on May 8th.
Police received reports of an altercation between the two men at First Street, Holetown, St. James, last Friday, which resulted in 20-year-old Lorde being fatally stabbed.
