Seventy two year old Simion Legall of Spring Farm, St. Thomas is Barbados latest homicide victim, number 39 for the year and the 30th by the gun.
The body of the well-known pool builder who was recovering from a stroke was found yesterday lying on his bed in his ransacked home.
He had apparently been shot in the head.
O’neal Holder, a neighbour of the deceased notes that while the body was found yesterday evening, the deceased had not been seen for a couple days.
An elderly neighbour says the incident has left her and neighbours scared especially as there’s is usually a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
She says the deceased was never known to get into disputes.
