Ministry of Education Apologizes for Controversial Survey/Meets With Parents

The Ministry of Education has apologised for a controversial child survey saying it takes responsibility, promised to destroy the answers already received and will meet with principals and parents today over their concerns.

The apology was issued in a statement by Chief Education Officer, Dr. Ramona Archer-Bradshaw.

The information collected is to be discarded and the ministry promises no further use of the IADB/Code.org survey unless the questions are carefully vetted.

Dr. Archer-Bradshaw also spoke of the planned meeting.
