Barbados Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley wants all barriers removed so trade and investment between Africa and the Caribbean can increase.
She was delivering the keynote address during the opening ceremony of the 2022 AfriCariibean Trade and Investment Forum at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre this morning.
Miss Mottley wants to make it easier to export products directly to Africa.
Miss Mottley vows to facilitate the African Export-Import Bank to do business here if they decide to set up operations.
