Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Works and Water Resources, Santia Bradshaw, promises residents in rural Barbados action on what people from areas such as White Hill, St. Andrew complain are extensive water and road problems.
The Deputy Prime Minister gave the assurance as she fielded questions from members of the public, including this long-time resident of White Hill, St. Andrew.
Miss Bradshaw spoke of the working ongoing and planned.
Miss Bradshaw also said a survey indicated that about half of Barbados’ roads are in poor condition which requires a massive overall repair program that will take time and considerable funds.
