Prime Minister Mottley is promising reform of the Government Industrial School with a departmental inquiry to be completed in a matter of weeks.

She was speaking on VOB’s Down to Brass Tacks programme.

Miss Mottley sees a need to change the way vulnerable children are dealt with.
