The four hundred million dollar Sam Lord’s Castle hotel in St. Philip is expected to commence taking guests by November this year and to employ up to a thousand people when completed.

This has been disclosed by Senior Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office with responsibility for coordinating all infrastructural projects, Dr. William Duguid, in an interview with Starcom Network News.

Dr. Duguid provided an update on the four hundred room hotel that has been under construction for the past five years.

He says this project is one of his key priorities.

The hotel is being built at a cost of about 200 million US dollars funded by a loan secured by the government and will be operated by Wyndham Resorts.
