PSV operator “Preacher Man” dies

Minibus driver Victor “Preacher Man” Walton who was shot in the head and robbed by a passenger last week Wednesday night has succumbed to his injuries.
Fifty-six year old Victor Walton of 2nd Avenue, Haynesville, St. James was in the hospital for the past week and a half but died in the early hours of this morning.
Chairman of the Association of Public Transport Operators, Kenneth Best offered condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Walton and again emphasized the importance for government to put a cashless system in place for the sector.

Meantime PSV Owner and Former Board Member of the Association of Public Transport Operators, Ian Walcott offered similar sentiments.
