More COVID-19 restrictions

Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has announced new restrictions including an extension of the curfew hours while again stressing there will be no total lockdown as she made clear her concern over the covid-19 situation in this country.

Speaking during an address to the nation this afternoon, Prime Minister Mottley described the Delta variant as deadly and dastardly.

She said the country needed to slow down.

The night time curfew now starts earlier.
