The National Cultural Foundation (NCF) has a new chairperson,  Dr.Jasmine Babb, who is the Director of Human Resources with Ernst & Young Caribbean (EY).

A news release from the NCF notes that Dr. Babb is a former U.K. Commonwealth Scholar and holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences specialising in Industrial Relations.

Along with being a part-time lecturer at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, in the Management Studies Department, Dr. Babb is also the Deputy Chair of the International Labor Organisation (ILO) committee, which advises the Government of Barbados on ILO labour conventions.

Sheldon Hope has been named as the Deputy Chairman.
