The Police Certificate of Character Office will re-open its doors from next Monday. The announcement was made by Attorney General Dale Marshall this afternoon.
He says while it may take a while to get rid of the backlog of applications, they will be giving attention to those that are needed urgently for job placements.
Mr Marshall also revealed that people will soon be able to apply online for certificates.
