A St. Thomas family is thankful to have escaped without serious injury after a large tree crashed into their home leaving it badly damaged and the occupants forced to seek temporary accommodation elsewhere.
Michael Lowe, one of six people who resided in the wooden house at Carrington Village, which is near Sturges, St. Thomas, recounted for Starcom Network News the episode when the large golden apple tree came crashing down.
