A day after the BLP 1st anniversary rally, Opposition leader, Bishop Joseph Atherley has been offering his report card on the government’s first year in office.
He called it a mixed bag conceding that progress has been made on some issues but again insisted that the economic restructuring plan has been too harsh on the public.
