President of the Congress of Trade Unions and Staff Associations of Barbados, Edwin O’Neal, says the situation at Dodds Prison has been a hotspot.
He notes that the Prison Officers’ Association, as well as CTUSAB, recognized the potential instability it could cause to national security. The CTUSAB President told a press conference that despite bringing it to the attention of the authorities, nothing has been done.
