Barbados COVID-19 cases rise to 14|| Advance to stage 2

Barbados has recorded eight more COVID-19 cases. This brings the national count to 14, nine women and five men.

Minister of Health Lieutenant Colonel Jeffery Bostic this evening during a news conference said seven of the new cases were identified as a result of contact tracing.

COVID- 19 Czar Richard Carter said the country has now reached staged two of the National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan and this means there will now be a restriction of gatherings to no more than 25 persons.
