Almost a dozen Swan Street commercial tenants were locked out of their businesses at the Pyramid Mall this morning.
This, after the Landlord, changed the locks on the entrance demanding rents owed for the last few months. Starcom Network News understands the building belongs to the owner of Bionic Manshop, with whom the tenants sought a meeting.
Owner of Blanks and Accessories, Allan Marshall, who has been a tenant at the mall for the last eight years, said they were shocked to show up and find locks on the entrance.
