More dorms for Cave Hill campus

The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill campus will be building a 100 room dorm which should begin construction by July this year.

Principal, Professor Eudine Barriteau delivering her report at the UWI Council meeting today said they have already broken ground but explained how far along in the process they are.

Professor Barriteau said the building would be a modern one with renewable energy features.

Meanwhile, the campus says the students studying in China are doing well.

Professor Barriteau said some stayed and some returned home but the education of all will be secured.
